This Privacy Policy describes how montegava
(Demydenko Viacheslav Vasylovych, Sumy, Ukraine) (“we”, “us”, “our”)
handles information in the mobile application
Alcotester (package
com.montegava.alcotester, the “App”), published by
montegava on Google Play.
We do not collect, transmit, store or retain any personal data. The App runs entirely offline on your device.
The App does not declare the INTERNET permission in its
Android manifest. This means the App is technically incapable of sending
any information anywhere: it has no network access, no backend server,
and contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking
SDKs. We have no ability to access, view or recover anything you enter
into the App.
The App requests no Android runtime permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, files, phone state, or any device identifier.
The only permission present in the App’s manifest is an internal,
signature-level permission automatically added by standard Android
libraries (androidx) for internal communication within the
App itself. It grants no access to your data and cannot be used by any
other app.
Any information you enter into the App, together with your settings and any history the App keeps, is written to the App’s private storage area on your device and stays there. It is never uploaded, synchronised, backed up to our servers, or shared with anyone, because the App has no means of transmitting it.
We do not request or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, advertising identifiers or any other personal identifiers.
We do not store or retain any user data. No user data is transmitted to or held by montegava (Demydenko Viacheslav Vasylovych) or by any third party, therefore we operate no retention periods for personal data on our side.
Data created inside the App is retained on your device only, for as long as you choose to keep it:
If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence for up to 12 months after your request is resolved, solely to provide support, and then delete it.
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data, because we neither collect nor receive any. The App transmits nothing to us or to any third party.
We may disclose information only if legally compelled to do so — however, since we hold no user data, we have nothing to disclose.
Your data never leaves your device. It is stored in the App’s private, sandboxed storage and is protected by your device’s own security mechanisms (screen lock, device encryption, Android app sandboxing). We recommend keeping your device software up to date and protected with a screen lock.
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is no data for us to access, correct, export or delete on request. You retain full and direct control over all data in the App: you can view, modify and delete it at any time from within the App, or remove it completely by uninstalling the App.
